These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HappyBee.com.au and your purchase of products.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

2. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept major cards and secure payment methods.

3. Shipping & Delivery

See our Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

5. Liability

HappyBee is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of our products. Your ACL rights are unaffected.

6. Live Bees & Queens

Live bee packages are pickup only. Queen bees are shipped Express Post only.

7. Intellectual Property

All content remains the property of HappyBee Pty Ltd and cannot be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
