How to Use This Silicone Candle Mould
1. Prepare the mould
Spray the interior with silicone spray if the design is intricate. Thread a wick slightly longer than the mould through the centre and secure it taut using a toothpick. Use rubber bands around the mould to keep it firmly closed.
2. Pour the wax
Melt beeswax in an enamel or heat-safe pot to approximately 60°C. Pour slowly to ensure the wax fills every detail. Allow the candle to cool fully before unmoulding.
3. Remove and finish the candle
Once set, remove the rubber bands, open the mould gently, and take out the candle. Trim the wick at the base and leave around 1 cm at the top. Smooth the bottom with a knife and dip the wick end in warm wax to seal.
