This Australian-made product is another clever and inventive tool in the 'war' against small hive beetle. Made of fabric-backed lino, it hangs next to the frames with the lino side out. Bees tend to chase beetles up and out, so they tend to take a refuge at the side, where they get trapped in the fabric fibres.

The fibres trap the beetles without harming the bees. We advise that you rough up the fabric side with steel wool or similar before you place the trap in the hive.
