Smoker fuel is much more popular in Europe than it is in Australia; we have more leaf litter etc lying around on the ground.
These smoker fuel briquettes will keep your smoker going for longer. They produce a nice thick cool smoke.
To use, add some paper to the bottom of your smoker, get it going, then add a small amount of pellets (around a quarter of a cup). Give it a few good puffs. Once the smoker pellets are lit, add some more fuel on top (pine needles are good too).
- Made from a hardwood mixture
- Unlike the herbal Chinese smoker fuel, these pellets produce a pleasant woody smell
- This smoker fuel smoulders for longer than newspaper or dried leaves.
